3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access and use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. You are also responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Use of the Service

The Service allows you to create and manage digital business cards ("VCards"). You are solely responsible for the content of your VCards, including ensuring that it complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including:

Uploading or transmitting content that is infringing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.

Interfering with or disrupting the Service or the servers or networks connected to the Service.

Violating the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property

VIMS ENTERPRISE owns all intellectual property rights in and to the Website and Service, including the underlying software, content, and design. You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

6. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your User Content in connection with the operation and maintenance of the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. VIMS ENTERPRISE disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. VIMS ENTERPRISE does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

VIMS ENTEPRISE shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the Website or Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Website or Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of (Information Technology ACT -2000 & Indian Contract Act 1872) without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be Chennai, India, and the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and VIMS ENTERPRISE with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Amendment

We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended terms on the Website. Your continued use of the Website or Service following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
